Are The Pieces Made of Real Fur?
Yes, all items sold by Cherish The Furs are comprised of genuine animal fur. We currently offer Fox, Mink, and Raccoon Furs in our designs.
What Colors Are Available?
We offer the entire rainbow at Cherish The Furs. We also allow for further customization with our Custom Pieces, which allows you to combine any colors together in whatever fashion you'd like.
Are The Colors of The Furs The Same In Person?
Each fur piece is made to order. This means that the color for your product may vary depending on curing and dyeing times. We aim to create a consistent color pallet for our customers, however the natural gradient of the animal furs may effect the final color.
Do The Items Run True to Size?
Yes, all our items run true to size. If you would like extra room, order a size up. If you would like the perfect fit, We suggest that you choose to design a custom piece.
How do I place an Order?
Custom Pieces are placed in-store only. Orders of signature pieces or clearance markdowns are able to be purchased online. All pieces, aside from custom pieces are of standard sizing.
Are The Furs Coming From China?
No, all of our items are created and fulfilled within the United States. We pride ourselves on providing a superior product made to order by our distribution network.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Due to the customizable nature, Cherish the Furs can take up to 5 weeks to ship. All orders will be shipped via UPS with a signature required. Please contact us at support@cherishthefurs.com for quotes on International Shipping. A tracking number will be forwarded via email directly after the merchandise has shipped.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
For in-store purchases we accept cash or card. Online we accept all major credit cards. We also accept Klarna which will allow you to enjoy your fur now while paying in small chunks.
What is the Cherish the Furs Return Policy?
All orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled after 2 hours after the order has been placed.

Due to the customizable nature, all furs are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.

All accessories (hats, scarves, etc.) are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.

All sample sale and clearance furs are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.

If there is an error with your order (example: incorrect color) Please contact support@cherishthefurs.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not accepted. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions at Cherishthefurs.com
How do I return an item?
If a return is granted by Cherish the Furs, on account of the item being incorrect size, color or design, the fur will need to be brought to the store. Shipping label will be provided if being returned from another state.
