1) Set an Appointment
To start your custom fur design, you must first book an appointment. To book , send an email to cherishthefurs@yahoo.com and we schedule your appointment.
2) Measurements
At the beginning of your appointment, we will take all of your measurements accurately to ensure proper fit of your custom piece.
3) Design the Custom Fur
This is the fun part. We will pick from our viewable fur swatches and fur stuctures to design your one of a kind piece. You can try on other signature pieces to help decide on your design.
4) Place Your Order
Once your design is decided, we will accept the payment for your fur piece. The production process will then begin. Once the fur is complete, you will be contacted via email or phone call to complete the final step.
5) Final Fitting
Your custom piece will arrive in store. We will contact you to come and do a final fitting to ensure that your piece fits appropriately. We will also ensure that the color and quoted design are as expected. Any and all exchanges or returns are only granted based on Cherish the Furs terms and conditions.
